First of all this unlike many firms P C Crew in Wetherby never asked me to write this review, I'm doing so due to the high service level I received, having encountered a major problem via Microsoft not allowing emails to be sent or received on my Laptop. Chris persisted on two separate occasions to rectify a serious problem. Through his outstanding dedication to high levels of service to me as a client, he eventually overcame the problem. Thank you, I have no hesitation in recommending P C Crew, a refreshing change to service standards.

My laptop was corrupted and I was unable to purchase and play any new games. I took my laptop to The PC Crew yesterday and it has been sorted. The video drivers have been updated and the whole drive has been cleaned. I’ve purchased a new game which is running really well, I’m very pleased with the result and recommend this firm to anyone having problems with their laptop or computer.

Some time ago the PC Crew upgraded my PCs to Windows 10 and greatly improved the speed by giving them SSDs. Excellent job. Incidentally PC Crew created on of my PC's from scratch themselves.
Recently, being housebound, I had to ask Chris to come to our home to rectify a number of glitches relevant to sudden restricted accessibility of some files and folders which had crept in. Chris came promptly and took time to rectify the issues with patient explanations and now all is 100% OK. They also have a monthly care plan which can operate by remote control if required and have a range of peripherals at competitive prices. I can only highly recommend PC Crew for any PC problems. Brilliant and prompt service.

I am SO impressed by these guys! When my four-year-old iMac refused to work on Monday, I gave them a call and dropped it off - picked it up today (Thursday), having been kept informed throughout as they fitted a new hard drive (including the cost - very reasonable!). I've now plugged it in, and was off and running again immediately - and considerably faster than before! Very highly recommended, and a lovely team to deal with.

I had a Laptop stop working, no idea what was wrong, tried all the online fixes and nothing was helping. These guys diagnosed and sorted the problem.

I had a laptop that was useless to me and ready to be thrown away. These guys fixed the problem and now I'm writing the review on said laptop, after a week of working on it.

I took one of our iMacs to have its fusion drive swaped out with a SSCD. Did a great job and I Know the iMacs are a bit tricy to do.

I had problems with Microsoft Flight Simulator, both Chris & Eddie soon had a solution. Along with building a new computer to take MSFS, they also programmed my joystick and throttle, setting up the whole of the system.
The result is fantastic, great speed and graphics, I am now flying around the world on cloud nine.

Contacted PC Crew when my laptop slowed down, left it with them for a SSD upgrade which they recommended. Laptop returned with a new lease of life. Professional, friendly and reasonably priced. Any further IT issues - PC Crew will be my first stop.

Needed a new motherboard and CPU to give my pc a boost and make it Windows 11 compatible. Gave good options for the upgrade along with advice on alternatives. once the parts had arrived they were fitted and tested the same day. Upon returning my pc there were less USB ports than prior to the upgrade, when i queried this they ordered and fitted a 4 port USB card at no charge. Excellent service all round and will definitely use them again when i need any work done on my PC
