Sometimes it’s not always possible for us to recover your data, the hard drive may have become damaged or just failed with age. We always encourage our customers to back up their data, but if you don’t have a backup, and we can’t access the data, all is not lost!
We have partnered one of the UK’s leading data recovery specialists and between us, we can offer fixed price data recovery services, handling it all for you.
Depending on the severity of the damage, there are 4 levels of service:

|Level 2: Advanced Extended engineering, advanced board work, micro soldering:||£295.00|
|Level 3: Advanced Plus Extended engineering with donor head components required and chip level recovery:|

|If data is not successfully retrieved or upgrade declined:||£36.00|
|Tamper Fee – if you have attempted to recover the drive yourself (or via a third party) by physically opening the drive or using recovery software (we can detect this)||£90.00|
External Hard Drives
Once the data is retrieved, we need to save it somewhere. Depending on amount of data, we offer 3 sizes of encrypted, secure external hard drives:

Sending a device to us for data recovery is agreeing the standard charge (£160) plus external hard drive cost. If we can recover the data under this service then we will continue to do so. If more advanced work is required, we will advise which of the advanced levels is required. If you do not wish to proceed with the advanced recovery, we can return your device to you for £25.00.
We require a deposit of £100 to proceed with a repair, this is refundable (less the carriage) if not successful or if the repair is declined. Once the data is confirmed the balance is required prior to recovery.
