COVID-19 Procedures

The health, well-being and safety of our employees and customers is paramount, and we have been preparing and acting as necessary to make our services as safe as possible. We have made some changes to the way we are operating – they are outlined below:

  • Workshop open for drop off or collection of devices only
  • Only 2 people or small groups in waiting area at one time (please check through the window before you enter)
  • No “while you wait” service
  • Please wear a face covering
  • Please try to check your device in online by visiting – or at least ensure that your device is clearly labelled with your name and contact number

  • No waiting. Advice and updates will be given over the phone or by email
  • Payment – Please pay by phone or BACS prior to collection
  • Our new office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am till 4.30pm  (Currently no Saturday opening)
  • Thanks again for your continued support and patience, and we look forward to seeing you again in due course.
