About the PC Crew
The PC Crew was founded in 2007 by Chris Bartoszewicz—better known to many as Barty! Chris started the business with a simple mission: to offer expert, reliable, and local computer support to both home users and businesses in the area.
What began in a spare bedroom with a little Citroen C2 has grown into a thriving business, now operating from dedicated premises at Parkhill Business Centre on Walton Road in Wetherby.
Our team of engineers are fully IT qualified and DBS-checked (formerly CRB-checked), so you can have complete peace of mind knowing that both you and your devices are in safe hands.
We offer flexible support to suit your needs—whether that means visiting you at your home or business, or arranging for you to drop off your device at our Wetherby workshop. If time is tight, we can even carry out many repairs remotely via a secure internet connection.
Chris Barty
Managing Director
Chris’ main roles are the general running and management of The PC Crew, and he performs most home and business visits.
Chris has a sound technical knowledge across all IT platforms and is CompTIA qualified.
Richard Brockley
Customer Services
Richard is the first point of contact, when you telephone or when visiting our offices.
Richard grew up in Wetherby and spent his career working in sales, office administration and customer services roles, mainly within recruitment and estate agency organisations in around the Wetherby area.
Diane Button
Accounts Administration
Diane is responsible for making sure invoices and payments are handled efficiently. She is on-hand for any queries regarding your account.
Nick Button
Co-owner of The CANdo Studio
Nick’s skills encompass all aspects of design, including brand creation and management, plus a technical knowledge of client-side and server-side web technologies.
Nick predominantly runs The CANdo Studio, The PC Crew’s design company. Nick also provides support to The PC Crew on all aspects of email/web hosting and other online issues.
